Driver Recruitment Privacy Notice

This notice explains how MD CARGO INC uses information submitted through our Facebook and Instagram driver recruitment forms and related recruiting communications.

Information collected

Our recruitment forms request your name, email address, phone number, state, CDL-A license status, years of driving experience, and Flatbed or Conestoga experience. We also receive any additional information you choose to provide during recruiting conversations. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, license numbers, medical records, or financial account information through a social media lead form.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to your interest, contact you about driving opportunities, discuss your qualifications and preferences, and manage the recruiting process. Contact may be by phone or email using the details you provide.

Access and service providers

Information may be accessed by MD CARGO INC personnel involved in recruitment and service providers used to receive, store, or process recruiting information. Facebook and Instagram forms are operated by Meta and are also subject to Meta’s privacy policy. If you proceed to a full application through Tenstreet, review the privacy information presented on that application platform.

Retention and security

Recruitment information is retained for recruiting purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct your recruitment information, stop contacting you, or delete information that we are not required to retain. Contact us using the details below. Submitting a lead form expresses interest in an opportunity; it does not create a contract or guarantee a position.
